When will I receive my prize?

Please allow 30 working days from receiving your winner email to delivery of your MAOAM birthday surprise.

When will I know if I have won?

Once you’ve submitted your details, a confirmation message will pop up on your screen. Keep an eye on your inbox, as we’ll also send you an email to let you know we’ve received your entry. Please note that while your entry is confirmed, winners will be selected and notified by the email address provided on or after each Prize Draw Date outlined in the T&C’s.

How do I know what my present will be?

How many times can I enter?

To keep things fair, there’s a limit of one entry per person and you must be a resident of the UK or Republic of Ireland. Please make sure to enter for yourself only, as we can’t accept joint entries or submissions made on someone else’s behalf.
